Lavička je přežitek, akorát se bude pořád opravovat(vandalizmus). Nouzové nabití telefonu, bych viděl třeba v infocentru, kdy např, turisté si mohou mezi tím dojít na jídlo.
Propojení potoka, také dobrý nápad. On Černovicky potok, je dnes uvězněn v korytě a působí spíš jako trpěná stoka, něž okrasa města. Zasloužil by si revitalizaci(ale zachovat protipovodňovou funkci).
Také mám pocit, že místo relativně levných zlepšení, je snaha dělat drahé a velké věci, aby pak mohlo být slavnostní otevření,kde …se všichni pochváli:)
