Přesto již dnes mnozí “zatmívači” lobují za to, aby do zákona byly zařazeny takové výjimky, zejména pro státem vlastněné firmy, že zákon téměř ztratí smysl. Jedním z velkých zatmívačů je i pan ministr Mládek, kandidát na senátora na půl úvazku.
